Release Blitz + Review: "Crave Thy Neighbor" by Teagan Hunter

I'm delighted to participate in today's release blitz celebrating "Crave Thy Neighbor" by Teagan Hunter, book #3 of the Roommate Romps series. Characters from the previous books in the series make appearances in this one, but it reads as a standalone.

As "Crave Thy Neighbor" begins, single mom Maya West has just been served an eviction notice; her apartment building has been sold and she only has a few weeks to find a new home for her and her 12-year-old son, Sam. While waiting to meet her best friend, River, at a bar to de-stress before beginning the search, she meets a handsome man and they begin flirting. She's about to agree to a date when River and her boyfriend, Dean, arrive. Maya soon realizes that her prospective date is none other than Dean's best friend, Nolan, making any sort of flirtation between them off-limits.

When he learns of her upcoming eviction, Nolan is inexplicably moved to offer Maya the use of his two spare bedrooms until she can find a permanent place. Against her better judgment but left with no other options, Maya agrees. Despite their best efforts, she and Nolan can't keep their hands off each other for long once they're living in such close proximity. The problem is that Nolan has vowed never to get involved in a serious relationship after watching his father suffer years of heartbreak because his mother left them for another man. Will his growing feelings for Maya be enough to make him change his mind?

I loved the witty banter and intense slow burn chemistry between Nolan and Maya, who were a charming couple. It took Nolan longer than I would have liked to figure out his issues and realize that he was in love with Maya, but the grand gesture he planned to make up for his behavior was super cute. I also enjoyed the way Nolan's relationship with Sam evolved over the course of the book. Nolan was convinced that he didn't like kids, but it turned out that he liked Sam!

Overall, I really enjoyed "Crave Thy Neighbor" and would recommend it for all fans of contemporary romance and romantic comedy. This has been such a fun series, and I can't wait to find out what Teagan Hunter comes up with next.

About "Crave Thy Neighbor"

Don’t fall for your roommate…especially when it’s only temporary.

Nolan Brooks is off limits.
Sure, he’s insanely attractive and funny and I might have almost gone home with him one night to relieve a little stress.
Big deal.

It was all just a momentary lapse in judgment…just like the kiss we shared.

He’s my temporary roommate while I wait for my new apartment to be ready. That’s it.
He’s doesn’t do relationships, and he doesn’t do attachments.

So what if I have a crush on him? We’ll only be there for two months.
Surely I can survive that long.
